Happy holidays, everyone! Myles and Isla went to see Santa this week. He certainly looked the part, but no personality. Isla laughed and clapped in the pictures - except for this one. Ha. Myles didn't smile at all in the pictures - except for this one. (Meanwhile, Mommy was jumping up and down in the background making an arse of myself. Hahhahah. The things we do for love. and posterity.)
Wishing you a year full of love, health and happiness! xoxoo

Cookies!
Myles likes to help in the kitchen. Over the Christmas break, we made chocolate chip cookies. Myles stands on our kitchen ladder in front of me and dumps the ingredients into the bowl. Last time he got flour all over the kitchen. This time he did really well. Of course, this time he also insisted on wearing an apron, just like me. Funny.

We ate the results, sorry, no pics! :)

Merry Christmas!
Myles still isn't so sure about Santa. In theory, it's a good idea. But the reality of a big hairy man in a red suit doesn't sit so well. Especially when we told Myles Santa came at night while he was asleep and left presents. That kind of freaked him out. Before we saw Santa, Myles was prepared. He was going to say, "More choo choos, please!" But once he saw him in person, that went out the window, and all he could do was yell "No!!" Take a look! Ah, well. Maybe next year.
