Introducing Isla

Sorry it's taken us a while to get to these images - we've had a lot going on! Here is our new addition, Isla Sofia. She's such a sweet baby, we're so lucky. And Myles is a great big brother - we had a bit of an issue with jaundice in the hospital and so had to feed Isla a bottle to get things moving through her quickly - and Myles insisted he do it. And, when Isla first came home, Myles went and got his doll and gave it to his new sister - so sweet. We're so blessed.

Open Wide!

Myles had his first visit with the pediatric dentist last week. (We took him to our dentist at 1, but he wasn't old enough to participate.) This time, he sat in the big chair, brushed Denny the Dinosaur's teeth, had his check up and even let them clean his teeth. He was a rock star!

Our baby!

We've been reading books to Myles and telling him that "our baby" is coming soon. So this morning, Myles told me that *he* was having a baby. Someday, this video will make him wince. But it's so cute, I couldn't resist sharing. He's such a joy.

Myles and I made pizza today! He really likes to cook - and always wants to help. He insists on standing on the ladder and wearing an apron.
